5. Shipment Handling

• Customer Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing accurate shipment details, ensuring proper packaging, and complying with all local and international shipping regulations.
• TruckTechDispatch LLC Responsibilities: We will take reasonable steps to ensure the safe delivery of your shipments. However, we are not liable for damages caused by improper packaging, incomplete information, or other third-party factors.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel a shipment, please notify us within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds: Refunds are granted only in cases where services were not provided as agreed. No refunds will be given for delays caused by weather conditions, accidents, or third-party involvement.

7. Termination of Service

TruckTechDispatch LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to services at any time, for any reason, without notice. This includes, but is not limited to, violations of these Terms and Conditions, non-payment, or illegal activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TruckTechDispatch LLC is not liable for:

• Any loss or damage to shipments unless caused by our negligence.
• Delays due to weather, natural disasters, or third-party failures.
• Loss of business, revenue, or reputation resulting from delays or service interruptions.
